Most of the time, a 'new stator' is not an OEM or Ricky Stator but some Ebay or other typically branded an 'Electrosport' and the crank position sensor wires on the plug are reversed because the stator is designed for the LTZ quad that for some reason, Suzuki decided to change to pin outs from that of the DRZ Go up to the connector where the stator cable plugs into the ECU sparkplugs can break pretty easily even just knocking them against the engine sometimes as they are pretty brittle.
